We have pay as you go, or buy a 5 or 10 pass – no contracts. You can also set up a subscription, and again you can cancel this at any time.
How do I book?
Click the button on this page or phone us if you are new.
How often do you need to attend?
2-3 Classes a week are usual for Pilates, you can do more classes though and will see the changes much faster.
We can also do up a program for you to follow when you attend personal training sessions.
How long is a class?
Our Pilates component of the classes are 45 minutes duration, however clients enjoy a stretch on the rollers and we also ensure we do alot of stretching after exercises so you need to allow an hour.

Frequently Asked Questions
When are your Classes?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings starting from 5.15am.
Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7.00am to 9.30am and then afternoons from 3.30pm to 6.15pm.
You can access specific class days and times by going to our booking page, pick a day on the calendar to see the classes for that day and then choose your time and book in.
Days and times are subject to change so you MUST book in online, you cannot simply show up to a class as you may well be disappointed.
I don't like large groups, how many people attend?
Our classes are small with a maximum of 6-8 people per class.
I have an injury, can I still do Pilates?
Yes, you can, all new clients undergo an assessment with consultation prior to commencing Pilates and Dr Mindy will also liaise with your health professional to obtain advice on any physical limitations, or areas to focus on, before you commence classes.
I have never done Pilates before. What is best for me?
You are welcome to attend either a mat work or healthy backs class. Once you have gained experience in correct muscle activation and the exercises, you can then choose to try out the Masters classes when offered. Exercises can be adapted to suit your needs, even in a group class.
I prefer personal training sessions to group classes.
You are more than welcome to attend a personal training session. These times are to be arranged in consultation with Dr Mindy by phone, sms or email.
